- U.S. citizenship (dual citizenship not acceptable) and ability to obtain US Government, DOE “Q”, and security clearances.
- BSEE from an ABET‑accredited program (MSEE preferred) and desire to obtain PE licensure.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial power, DOE, nuclear Navy, or NNSA electrical system design, including equipment selection and analytical calculations.
- 5+ years leading an engineering design team through all project phases.
- Proven technical knowledge of low‑voltage distribution, communication systems, and pre‑engineered solutions.
- Experience serving as firm/client liaison and reviewing peer design drawings.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (valued but not required).
- Construction, start‑up, or commissioning experience (valued but not required).
