Your work will involve optimizing energy efficiency, integrating resilient systems, and engineering the backbone of next‑generation facilities, directly supporting technological advancement, sustainability, and a lasting legacy of excellence.
- Work under the supervision of an engineer for a specific discipline.
- Generate BIM elements according to the Level of Development and Digital Delivery Plan.
- Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
- Follow engineer guidance while remaining technically competent with discipline software.
- Accurately model BIM elements using current 3D software within modeling constraints.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain model data such as coordinates, scales, orientations, boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets.
- Produce discipline‑specific documentation with precise annotations.
- Monitor, improve, and uphold company standards and model health.
- Coordinate design with other discipline models through design reviews and 3D coordination.
- Assist or execute additional digital delivery requirements identified on the project.

- 5+ years of related experience.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; able to work in one or both platforms.
- Experience in BIM production, specifically structural modeling.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (formerly BIM360).
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and schedules.
- Technical degree or at least 3 years of related industry experience.
- Proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
- Competent in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
- Experience using 3D coordination tools.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
