Team Lead Business Development - Property Monitor

Description

As the Team Lead - Business Development, you will lead the Brokerage BD team while also carrying an individual revenue target. You will require strong commercial awareness, the ability to design and implement BD strategies, and confidence in reporting and forecasting. You will be responsible for driving growth through proactive outreach, supporting the team to hit targets and ensuring the overall pipeline is healthy and well-managed.

• Coach the team on sales technique, positioning, product knowledge and effective outreach
• Review CRM data regularly to validate pipeline quality, deal stages, next actions and overall funnel health
• Gather client and market feedback and share it with marketing, operations and the tech team to support product improvement and resolve recurring issues
• Expand the brokerage base through effective team management and proactive outreach
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and trends within the real estate brokerage market
• Monitor team performance, provide support and keep motivation high to ensure individual and team goals are met
• Set clear new business targets for each BD Manager and hold regular reviews to track progress
• Collect market research and competitor insights to guide commercial strategy
• Track and maintain accurate records of sales activity, payments and account reviews
• Support hiring by selecting BD candidates who match the required profile
• Ensure all BD Managers maintain strong CRM discipline, including accurate logging of activities, opportunities, forecasts and account notes
• Verify brokerage data in the area to identify growth opportunities and allocate the right accounts to BD Managers
• Coordinate and supervise a team of Business Development Managers to achieve monthly targets and KPIs

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts;
• Proactive approach to finding solutions;
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and competence displayed in challenging sales scenarios
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree;
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
• Demonstrates an expert level of objection handling tactics and identifies real objections;
• Valid UAE licence required
• Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of the local market;
