The scope of this role is responsible for overseeing a retail sales team of inside sales reps (ISRs) for the Washington machinery equipment territory for revenue growth, customer satisfaction and personnel responsibilities.
It will be important to ensure the operation is aligned with Caterpillar and Harnish Group Inc. which requires continuing evaluation of statistical reports to determine the performance and the necessary recommendations to keep the performance at expectations.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or ten years related experience including five years of supervisory or management experience and five years progressive sales experience or a combination of both.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
