Ensuring only current IMS documents are in use and obsolete documents are archived appropriately.
Work inter-departmentally to assist with the resolution of non-conformances
Supporting process and tool development workshops to deliver system efficiency improvements.
Ensuring the implementation of corrective actions is effective.
Monitoring the implementation of the IMS and reporting deficiencies detected to HSEQ/Quality Manager through Quality Plan sign-off, contract reviews, and project close downs
Coordinating document reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO and customer requirements.
Monthly reporting – tracking and reporting IMS metrics.
Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of IMS documents.
Support with the management and capture of Lessons Learnt.
Recommending improvements for potential integration into AEIL IMS.
Carry out any other Quality related task as directed by the Senior Management.
