Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
Self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mentality
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Safety glasses/goggles must be worn at all times while in designated areas of shop.
This is a remote position, which requires work site visits with all OSHA approved PPE as well as a home office setting
Hands-on training and demoing of machines
Mandatory safety training (see “Total Compliance Management” program).
Ability to see clearly at close ranges, maintain peripheral vision, and focus on detailed tasks
Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative based ideally in the Southeast or Southwest region, to join our dynamic team specializing in mortar and shotcrete machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our tried-and-tested equipment to construction companies, contractors, machine operators and other industry professionals. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, especially in the mortar machine market, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support. A strong understanding of construction processes, hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Strong communication skills (i.e., written, verbal, interpersonal) with stakeholders.
Experience in a Sales Role is a plus
1-3 years of mortar, shotcrete or concrete pump machine operation
Strong Sales acumen and strong customer focus
High willingness to travel (>50%)
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
