- Create and tabulate a construction BOM (bill of materials)
- Communicate with customer on project design
- Review and recommend improved project procedures
- Communicate project information & updates to management
- Produce design adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with Permitter and Project Manager
- Create construction plans for specific projects
- Perform work utilizing required tools; measurement wheel, height stick, PED wrench, calculator, manhole hook, etc.
- Obtain measurements & documentation necessary for permit

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Do proejct walk outs
- Experience with Auto-CAD (Preferred)
- High attention to detail
- General knowledge of underground and overhead utilities
- Knowledge of NESC (National Electrical Safety Code)
- 1-3 years telecommunication experience (Preferred)
