Always keep Loading dock and receiving area clean and organized
Inspect all received packages according to safety standards
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Use proper personal protective equipment
Build rapport with delivery vendors and customers
Effectively communicate with leadership, co-workers, and customers in a professional manner
Take direction and respond to supervision
Build respectful relationships with all teammates and quests
Stocking conference room supplies
Assist with package/mail distributions and collections
Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
Delivery of packages/materials/mail
Check inbound packages into Web Based Tracking System
Build respectful relationships with all teammates and guests
Event space set up, cleaning, servicing, organizing, aand break down
Arrive on time every day, ready to support the team and customers
Sort and separate packages by assigned building
Assists with room tidiness and organization
Receive, check in, and document incoming Pallet Shipments
Supply inventory management
Ship packages (including international shipments)
Receive daily deliveries from UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground. As well as any other courier drop offs.

Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness to take direction
Understand customer service and satisfaction
