Manage all miscellaneous RERA-related project compliances and maintain robust records.
Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithinternalteams(Design,Legal,BusinessDevelopment, Projects, and Finance) and external stakeholders, including government agencies such as PWD, Police, RTO, Fire Department, Electric Utility, and PCB.
Correct existing RERA entries and consents from customers as required.
Ensure timely acquisition of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for project milestones, includingIOD(IntimationofDisapproval),CommencementCertificate(CC),Occupancy Certificate (OC), and Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
Attend all RERA-related hearings for projects, ensuring representation and compliance.
IdentifypotentialrisksinliaisonandRERAprocessesanddevelopmitigationstrategiesto address them proactively.
In-depth knowledge of Development Control Rules and regulatory frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage infrastructure-related activities for legacy, ongoing, and new projects.
Graduate in B.E or Diploma in Civil or Architecture.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in liaison and regulatory compliance within the real estate sector.
Effective negotiation skills for managing relationships with government authorities.
