The role is a detail‑oriented, motivated self‑starter who will perform clerical and administrative duties in support of the Senior Managing Director and the Pacific Northwest development team. Responsibilities include a range of financial, document‑management, research, and coordination tasks. The position may also involve additional related duties as assigned and does not constitute a written contract of employment.

Base salary is determined by business needs, prior experience, current skills, and geographic location. In addition to salary, the employee may be eligible for a bonus program paid bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually based on individual and company performance.

Paid time off includes accrued sick leave (1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 120 hours), vacation accrual up to 120 hours in the first five years, ten paid holidays, jury duty and bereavement leave.
