We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Flooring Foreman to lead installation crews within our growing flooring division. This position oversees projects involving LVT, LVP, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, stretch (broadloom) carpet, and other commercial flooring materials. Work occurs throughout the Midwest, with a focus on the greater Indianapolis area.

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Previous supervisory or foreman experience leading crews on job sites
Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest (overnight stays as needed)
