Prepare, present, and engage in bid reviews as an active participant.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Identify new bid opportunities through client relationships and bid sites.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Ability to work in office settings and the field for site visits.
Able to shift priorities as schedules and bid deadlines change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid).
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team to produce accurate estimates in a timely manner.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites, including secure/government/military sites.
Familiarity with public and private sector bidding processes.
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently with the ability to multitask
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience with HCSS, Primavera and Bluebeam.
1-8 years of experience in construction estimating or operations, preferably in commercial diving, marine, or heavy civil sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
