Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning through turnover
Resolve site issues, mitigate delays, and keep projects on track and within budget
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on site operations
Lead progress meetings, track milestones, and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain full compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground up multifamily projects throughout the Atlanta market. This role requires a proven builder who can manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strict control over schedule, budget, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a field driven mindset, and a track record of successfully delivering large scale multifamily communities.
Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction best practices
