Helping set up meeting rooms so teams can collaborate effectively.
Carrying out health and safety checks to keep everyone safe.
Key internal staff and managers to ensure the provision of reception and front of house duties

Experience in making and receiving phone calls and enquiries, dealing with customers and members of the public over the phone - essential
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Certification in basic computer skills, with good knowledge of and experience of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Some knowledge or experience of Health and Safety Legislation - essential
Comfortable with some manual handling (training provided).
Experience in dealing with members of the public, working in front of house on Reception or customer facing role - essential
Communication skills – Communicate with confidence with customers and members of the public
Experience in general repairs and building fabric - previous building trade background or general handyman experience is desirable but not essential
Personal Assistants and Admin Assistants of Executives and Senior Managers
Experience of undertaking similar roles or responsibilities - essential
The drive and ability to exchange appropriate information with relevant people at the right time. To be as open as confidentiality allows.
Full UK driving licence - essential
Ability to work safely and follow health and safety procedures.
