The primary function of the role is to mix and pour grout at footings on job sites and to perform field service rework, such as repairing cracks and fixing damaged concrete members.
All staff must adhere to safety and quality rules to ensure a safe work environment and high‑quality products. The employee receives task instructions from the Field Service Foreman, assists the Field Finisher with mixing grout to the proper consistency, pouring grout at flat panel footings and column bases, and injecting grout into splice sleeves of columns and wall panels. Additional duties include applying grout to lifting loop blockouts on parking deck double tees and to all lifting device locations on concrete members, as well as performing rework on cracked or damaged components.
