  • Provide strategic direction to Healthcare staff.
  • Attend industry events, business development events, interviews, and client meetings as required.
  • Provide thought leadership within the firm, with clients, and the Healthcare industry.
  • Review of projects with managers to ensure quality, efficient and profitable project performance and implementation.
  • Lead/participate in career plan reviews for sector-specific and business development staff.
  • Identify, review, interview, and select potential candidates for sector-specific personnel.
  • Establish annual business goals, strategies, and tactics in collaboration with the Global Sector Leader and Regional Leader.
  • Work closely with Business Development staff to nurture client relationships, develop new business, and secure new clients.

  • LEED accreditation a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • 15+ years' experience leading the pursuit and design of healthcare projects.
  • Ability to travel as projects require.
  • AIA, ACHA, CID, NCIDQ, or equivalent accreditation.
  • Strong client, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere and across multiple offices.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or equivalent.
