Lead structural design and technical delivery across project stages
As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll lead and deliver structural design packages across diverse sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public infrastructure.
Uphold quality, safety, and sustainability standards throughout
Oversee project timelines, team resources, and deliverables
Prepare and review calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians
Contribute to proposals, bids, and business development activities
Ensure compliance with Eurocodes, British Standards, and project requirements

✔ Effective communicator and team leader, able to manage multiple priorities
✔ Skilled in structural analysis/design software (e.g. Tekla Structural Designer, ETABS, Robot)
✔ Chartered (or working toward) with ICE or IStructE
Background in multidisciplinary consultancy environments
Experience designing large-scale or complex structures
✔ Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
✔ Strong understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards, and local regulations
✔ Minimum 5 years’ structural design and project delivery experience in the UK/Ireland
Working knowledge of BIM processes and tools (e.g. Revit)
