KBR is seeking a seasoned Senior People Manager to lead strategic people initiatives within our Australia Defence and Security Solutions (ADSS) business. This role is pivotal in aligning people strategies with business objectives to support growth and enhance workforce capabilities. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of people plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation. As a key advisor to senior leadership, the Senior People Manager will provide expert guidance on HR and employee relations matters. This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational culture and drive innovation in people practices across a complex, mission-driven environment.

  • Background in the Defence Industry.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and governance frameworks in Australia.
  • Experience delivering strategic people solutions in complex or matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in people business partnering roles.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity within a global organization.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
