Operate hydro test machinery to verify product quality and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
Retrieve and program stenciling data to ensure accuracy and consistency in labeling.
Monitor coating quality and ensure materials meet drying and handling standards before bundling.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Input grooving dimensions and maintain detailed production records for quality assurance purposes.
Communicate with shipping teams regarding material flow and inventory updates.
Perform preventative maintenance and submit accurate work orders for any necessary equipment repairs.
Support training initiatives by cross-training others and participating in ongoing safety and skills programs.
Oversee robotic operations and assist hydro team members during grooving processes as needed.
Track heat numbers and maintain accurate stenciling and tagging to meet customer and production requirements.

Work performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery (within OSHA limits).

Ability to lift, stand, and move as needed for production activities.
Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
