To attend and record relevant meetings, providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks.
Developing knowledge and experience in project management, manages small sized projects/elements of larger projects.

To ensure performance management process is completed and appropriate training is planned and delivered.
Developing knowledge of construction and industry and understanding of programme, scheduling, procurement, and reporting.
To work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Ensure works on site are carried out safely with due regard to the protection of the workforce, public and the environment, including managing exclusion zones
Developing communication, presentation and project planning and development skills (using appropriate tools).
To support and report to the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager in all the elements related to the construction, programme of works and commercial issues of the works.
Champions best practice, safety management and safety initiatives.
Developing understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
Developing stakeholder/client influencing and negotiation skills.
To ensure that client requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met, ensuring that all quality, assurance, and compliance documentation is provided in a timely manner.
To assist in providing handover documentation prior to practical completion.
To ensure works are monitored to achieve right first-time workmanship and undertake lessons learnt reviews to promote continuous improvement, while maintaining daily records.
To update and manage existing project plans, processes, and procedures to contribute to the successful delivery of projects under direction.

Developing experience in a project management (or equivalent) role
Technical expertise in Health and Safety Executive (HSE) (or local equivalent) rules and specific sector/ market regulations relevant to project portfolio.
Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card (or local equivalent).
Working towards MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or local equivalent
Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
