Identify and develop potential service vendors across African countries; conduct initial screening, qualification checks, and capability assessments in accordance with company standards, and maintain an up-to-date vendor database.

Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, operations management, procurement, or related fields.
Experience in engineering services, solar/renewable energy, or related technical industries is preferred.
Familiar with outsourced service vendor management processes; strong skills in cost verification, data analysis, and reporting.
Proficient in English for daily work communication; French ability is an advantage (beneficial for multi-language African regions).
Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability; able to work under multi-country, multi-task regional operations.
