In this role you will oversee all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality reviews, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will prepare and review technical reports, lead contaminated‑site projects for Tier 1 clients, and support business development through proposals and marketing initiatives. Mentoring junior staff is also a key part of the position.

Successful candidates hold a degree in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, chemistry or environmental engineering and possess extensive experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation. Strong client‑facing skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a current driver’s licence are essential. Willingness to travel across WA, familiarity with WA regulations and experience on mining or oil‑and‑gas sites are highly valued.
- Degree in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, chemistry or environmental engineering and a current driver’s licence.
- Extensive experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation, managing projects end‑to‑end.
- Proven client‑facing ability with strong relationship‑building and advisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of simplifying technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork across WA; familiarity with WA regulations and mining/oil‑and‑gas experience preferred.
