  • Establishes and maintains office procedures;

  • Ensure fiscal control by verifying funding sources, authorizing routine expenditures, and obtaining approval for non-routine expenditures.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, calculations and auto summing.
  • Experience working with the State Comptroller’s accounts payable division preparing and providing documentation for audit requests.
  • Experience using CORE-CT for purchase orders, P-Card transactions, and fund approvals.
  • Experience with State Procurement process.
  • Considerable ability in preparation and analysis of financial and statistical reports;
  • Experience working with STARS reports.
