This role supports the Electric division by leading field operations and overseeing large‑scale commercial and industrial electrical projects. The position is responsible for crew coordination, on‑site communication, quality, performance, and delivering safe, high‑quality installations on time and on budget while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.
- Lead and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
- Ensure all work meets code, contract specifications, and project deadlines.
- Act as primary on‑site contact for assigned projects and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
- Manage material orders, deliveries, and track project costs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, submit required deliverables, and provide timely field reporting.
- Enforce safety protocols and oversee quality control on‑site.
- Mentor and coach field teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
- Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
- Lift/carry up to 80 lb and perform digging and backfilling tasks.

- Journeyman license with 5+ years of experience as a foreman or project lead.
