- Collaborer avec les autres chefs d'équipe, les responsables des marchés régionaux de l'environnement, les responsables des lignes de services et les responsables des groupes d'affaires pour soutenir les projets dans le domaine de l’eau dans notre région de l’est du Canada, dans le reste de l’Amérique du Nord et à l'étranger.
- Effectuer occasionnellement des déplacements pour des visites sur le terrain afin de soutenir les équipes et rencontrer nos différents clients durant les phases de conception et de construction.
- Participer au développement des affaires en participant à des conférences et événements de l’industrie et en contribuant activement à la recherche, à l'obtention et à la réalisation de projets dans le domaine de l'eau.
- Favoriser une collaboration entre les groupes d'activités et les lignes de services de GHD afin de promouvoir une prestation de services transparente pour le client.

- Détenir une carte ASP Construction valide;
- Maîtrise en génie civil, chimique, environnement, ressources en eau ou dans une discipline connexe (atout)
- 10 ans d'expérience en ingénierie de gestion de projets dans le domaine de l’eau dont 5 ans et en gestion d'équipe dans le cadre de la réalisation de projets;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale et capacité à développer, encadrer et diriger du personnel technique professionnel.
- Détenteur de la certification PMP ou d’un diplôme connexe en gestion de l’ingénierie (atout).
- Constituer et encadrer une équipe engagée et motivée de professionnels en ingénierie de l’eau pour fournir des résultats et des solutions de haute qualité pour nos différents clients.
- Gérer et diriger l’exécution de projets techniques tout en veillant à la satisfaction du client et à ce que les projets soient menés à bien en toute sécurité et dans le respect du champ d'application, du calendrier et du budget.
- Être membre en règle d’un ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Expérience générale: Expérience générale substantielle associée à une expérience
- Baccalauréat en génie civil, chimique, environnement, ressources en eau ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Bilinguisme français et anglais (parlé, lu et écrit), mandats hors Québec occasionnellement;
