The Reliability Specialist role is based on a PMP contract mill location and can be performed remotely, focusing on reliability engineering within the pulp and paper sector.
The specialist will conduct maintenance assessments, performance studies, and action plans, develop pre‑engineering activities, and manage startups, shutdowns, and overhauls. They will also install and monitor field instrumentation, implement new maintenance tools, and support automation requirements while collaborating with engineers and customer teams across the Andritz Group.
Candidates should have at least four years of project management experience and four years in the pulp and paper industry, proficiency with the SAP PM module, and strong communication skills. Maintenance, planning, and reliability engineering experience are preferred.
The role requires physical capability for field inspections in pulp and paper mills, as well as emotional stability and the ability to communicate confidently and objectively.
