Completes monthly earned value reporting for Engineering, CM, and CQV projects.
Develop and maintain the cost reporting and cash flow for selected projects.
Prepare project financial forecasting, analyze project data, assist with operational level reporting ensuring that data in ERP system data is up to date for Operational Revenue reports.
Ensure schedule has complete scope coverage, identify potential scope growth, and ensure allowances and contingencies are appropriately used. Utilize industry benchmarks and internal historical durations to validate the quality of the overall schedule.
Work closely with key stakeholders including engineering, procurement, estimating, and construction management to properly sequence the work, assess durations, and enhance the overall quality and accuracy of the plan.
Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Oversee, audit, and ensure the proper execution of all project controls work per the established processes.
Create and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project and/or P6.
Serve as the point of contact for Owner inquiries and concerns regarding project controls issues and invoices.
Consulting with project managers and technical experts to create, update and analyze CPM schedules; recommend workarounds and schedule improvement ideas to regain schedule slippage.
Present and provide department updates to cross functional teams and operational leaders.

Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Earned Value Professional (EVP) or other related certifications preferred, but not required.
Working knowledge with the following software applications: Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek, Procore and Microsoft Project.
Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPCM) projects.
Experience working on Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology projects preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
Ability to demonstrate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), scheduling, schedule analysis, cost estimating, earned value, and cost control.
15+ years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
