The agent will support the Project Manager, conduct right‑of‑way title research, negotiate acquisitions, prepare real estate documents, and handle closings. They will also prepare communications for property owners, attend meetings, and travel as needed while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Draft and deliver communications to property owners and their representatives for acquisitions
- Attend on‑site meetings with property owners and travel locally/regionally as required
- Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and company standards
- Maintain strong external client and industry relationships
- Read and interpret real‑estate documents and legal descriptions

Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate must be able to read real‑estate documents, understand company objectives, and uphold organizational values while maintaining strong external client and industry relationships.
Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant experience in ROW acquisition or relocation, familiarity with the Uniform Relocation Act and eminent domain, and preferably project experience with the Ohio Department of Transportation. A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered, along with a valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Apply at least 8 years of ROW acquisition/relocation experience, including knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Act and eminent domain
- Leverage project experience with Ohio Department of Transportation and meet ODOT prequalification criteria
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
