Tasks

-Prepare advertising material for press and online campaigns -Collaborate with internal teams including brokers, research, valuation, and marketing -Draft and produce detailed property underwriting and marketing collateral -Manage due diligence queries and provide timely responses -Contribute to high-quality pitch documents for major assets -Undertake property-level cashflow modelling -Analyse market data for inclusion in reports and presentations

What You Bring

-Strong organisational and database management skills -Degree qualified in Property, Business, Economics, or Finance (or related discipline) -Experience in a similar Analyst role, or as an Assistant Valuer/Valuer preferred -Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks -Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) -Basic financial modelling knowledge -Excellent written and verbal communication -Exposure to the industrial property market and/or valuations will be highly regarded
