The Global Learning & Development Partner role supports over 2,000 employees across the global HSBC and Rolls‑Royce accounts. Working directly with account leadership, the partner translates business priorities into high‑impact learning strategies that enhance capabilities and drive performance, while serving as a trusted advisor on talent development.
Key responsibilities include building learning roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities, designing and facilitating workshops and longitudinal programs, and promoting a blended learning culture through digital, coaching, and experiential solutions. The role also involves developing scalable e‑learning, creating role‑specific pathways, delivering onboarding experiences, providing career coaching, and collaborating with communications, HSE, regional HR, and subject‑matter experts.
Candidates must have a proven track record delivering L&D solutions in complex organizations, aligning programs with business strategy, and using analytics to inform decisions. Experience with strategic L&D products such as Leadership, DE&I, Sustainability, and AI/Tech, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and professional qualifications are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
