Inspect job sites with client, sales and adjuster to prepare detailed scopes of work and repair estimates in Xactimate in a timely manner .
Create comprehensive scope of work to repair property issues as requested by management.
Facilitate communications between the adjuster, the client and the Sales representative .
Assist in providing proper information for invoicing.
Provide insurance industry expertise to the Sales representative during contract negotiations .
Provide Operations with appropriate scopes of work. Help with hard cost estimating .
Evaluate all construction deficiencies located at Multi-family properties and determine improvements necessary for code compliance and to meet applicable minimum property standards.
Maintain a cooperative and collaborative working relationship with a variety of Company staff, contractors and customers
Work with office staff to ensure they have all the proper documentation during each phase of the bidding process.
Work with supervisor to ensure the customer receives an accurate cost estimate of damages. Co mplete forms necessary for the delivery of a complete bid package and follow customer scope of work accurately.
Communicate effectively with Company staff, contractors, and customers both orally and written
Communicate effectively and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters .

Construction experience required, multi-family preferred
Experience in NAV, ProCore , or Sage preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Authoritative and resourceful decision maker
Excellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractors
Valid driver’s license
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Must be familiar with quantity material and labor take-off means and methods.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Resourceful and creative problem solver
Use critical thinking and problem solving to recognize construction issues as well as identify solutions to repair the construction deficiencies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High integrity
Knowledgeable of the Building and Construction industry, including but not limited to, materials, methods, and the tools involved in Construction or Repair of all aspects of the Multi- Family industry. Includes understanding Multi-Family construction drawings and specifications.
