Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to maintain seamless operations of facility systems.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including shift logs, system performance, and repair tasks.
Perform technical work on building services equipment in accordance with Equans safety, quality and customer standards ensuring that the Equans is meeting its objectives and budgets as required.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC/Mechanical systems, but not limited to compressors, pumps, water treatment systems, refrigeration, air conditioning.
Monitor environmental conditions and mechanical system outputs on BMS/CMMS to align with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
Support external contractors during scheduled repairs or maintenance.
Stay updated on the latest mechanical technologies and industry trends to maintain best practices.
Ensure all HVAC/Mechanical systems operate efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical environments.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HVAC/Mechanical Technician, preferably within facility operations.
Experience in pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environments is highly preferred.
Flexibility to work alternating shifts, may include overtime and participate in on-call roster as needed
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, compressors, pumps, and water treatment systems, as well as maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
FPA accreditation (desirable).
