Commercial & Negotiation Expertise: Proven experience in client-facing commercial negotiations, contract drafting and finalization, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Project & Bid Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple bids/projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with ability to liaise effectively with APAC clients and internal stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial management, contract negotiation, bid management, or project commercial roles, preferably in energy storage (ESS/BESS), renewable energy, or infrastructure projects in the APAC region.
Contract Management: Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms, conditions, compliance, and legal requirements.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural, and regional teams.
