• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock control, replenishment, and warehouse organisation.
• eSupport general office and warehouse administration to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

We are working on behalf of a respected organisation within the materials handling sector to recruit a highly organised and proactive Service Operations Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role, working closely with service engineers while supporting both office and warehouse operations. The role is office based in North Dublin.

The Service Operations Coordinator will act as a vital link between clients, service engineers, and internal teams. This is a hands-on position that combines technical understanding with strong administrative and operational skills, ensuring smooth workflows across service scheduling, stock management, and daily operations.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable working across both office and warehouse environments.
• Previous experience supporting service engineers, field-based teams, or similar operational functions.
• Experience using service or inventory management systems
