Key responsibilities include resolving technical inquiries related to SCADA systems within defined service level agreements, following established support processes for case management, field service dispatch, and technical escalations, and assisting customers with onboarding to the CSH team by providing scope clarification, tool training, and reporting guidance. Documentation of technical cases to enhance the knowledge base and a commitment to continuous learning and team development are also expected.

Candidates should have exposure to HVAC domain systems—including air handling units, chiller/boiler systems, and VAV boxes—and be capable of engineering turnkey solutions around them. The ability to interpret HVAC software control loops, plant schematics, system architecture, and electrical concepts for troubleshooting is essential.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification and have three to five years of experience with BMS/EMS applications. Certifications in building or energy management are considered advantageous, as are experiences in life‑science/pharma or data‑center environments using EcoStruxure Building Operation, SCADA, and SQL database querying. Familiarity with standard progress reporting tools, global project work, and the ability to collaborate with diverse technical stakeholders are valued.
