  • Coordinate the administration of annual reviews of Group risks (excluding HSEQ).
  • Undertake all tasks with a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
  • Track and report on commercial performance indicators and team budgets.
  • Provide input into commercial governance frameworks and compliance with BMD Standards.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of commercial systems, tools and processes.
  • Participate in project reviews, lessons learned exercises, and other performance assessments.
  • Assist in project reviews, post-completion assessments and lessons learned analysis.
  • Prepare monthly reporting on Risk team costs against budget.
  • Analyse and interpret project financials, commercial data and risk metrics across business units.
  • Contribute to the identification and monitoring of enterprise and project-level risks.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations to support monthly commercial and risk reporting.

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, business or engineering
  • Confident communicator able to engage senior leaders
  • Experience in construction or civil infrastructure
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP or Jobpac experience an advantage
  • Understanding of project cost control and risk management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Availability to travel locally and interstate as required.
