As SHEQ Business Partner, you will lead health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders and project teams, you will embed best practices, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all SHEQ disciplines.

Provide expert guidance and support across construction and M&E projects nationwide.
Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with operational teams to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Develop and implement SHEQ strategies aligned with business objectives.
Champion a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organisation.
Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Location: Home-based (UK-wide travel required)

NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of UK health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in a SHEQ leadership role within construction, ideally with exposure to fit-out or M&E projects.
Ability to influence and drive change across multiple projects and teams.
Full UK working rights and a Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
CMIOSH status or actively working towards it (essential).
Willingness to travel nationally.
