Provide the results of the vetting search and communicating those results to either the program office and/or the contracting specialist/office.

Input final determination from the program office.
Contribute to reports, briefings and memoranda addressing program trends, significant accomplishments, potential problems, and other areas of importance to the highest level of the Office of the Procurement Executive and Bureau of Administration.
Maintain project records, schedules, files, and system outages
Implement new methods and findings through the u se of quantitative and qualitative methods to improve service to different bureaus and stakeholders.
Performing the vetting searches and conducting/recording all actions in software developed for A/OPE/CECAS/RAM office
Help maintain needs of the office (i.e. supplies, equipment)
Responsible for knowing and following the Department’s policies and protocols for working in a SCIF.

Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to work in a SCIF environment.
This position requires at least one year of experience providing vetting support
Have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to higher echelon government supervisors, and collaborate with employees on all levels in order to provide new efficiencies in the government process. Be able to review, analyze and follow all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
Computer skills and working knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and an in-depth knowledge of databases is required
Be able to review and maintain several excel spreadsheets at once
Record daily, weekly, and monthly activities/metrics. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Use of unclassified/classified, open source, and law enforcement sensitive databases
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
