What you would be doing
We are looking for a Sub-Foreman to join the Project Delivery Team based on our allocated project site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the site team through the direct supervision and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and labour hire workers on the site.
- Monitor site materials, tools and equipment
- Identify and collaborate with the site team to identify and reduce potential risks
- Manage OH&S compliance with all site attendees
- Manage site security
- Perform manual laboring duties around site
- Coordinate all day to day activities on the site
- Coordinate and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure quality standards are achieved
