The Superintendent, based in Wichita with travel up to three hours, oversees daily site operations, ensures schedule adherence, coordinates subcontractors, and manages materials and equipment while following plans and specifications.
Key responsibilities include interpreting contract documents and codes, supervising subcontractors and labor, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite, managing subcontractor and vendor schedules, generating RFIs with proper documentation, producing daily and field reports, enforcing safety regulations, coordinating inspections, and assisting in subcontractor qualification.
Candidates must have at least five years of superintendent experience with a general contractor, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems. Experience with Procore is a plus, and the role requires willingness to travel up to three hours outside Wichita, strong customer‑relationship skills, and a results‑driven mindset.
