As a Product Manager at ENSEK, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of energy tech, owning the roadmap for your product domain and collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions that delight users and drive commercial success. You will act as a strategic thinker, customer advocate, and team leader—guiding squads, mentoring product teams, and making bold decisions that move the needle. This role focuses on owning our energy products and pricing capabilities.

• Craft and evolve the product roadmap for your domain, aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives, prioritising ruthlessly and adapting dynamically
• Collaborate deeply with engineers, ensuring tech input shapes product direction from day one
• Define success metrics, track progress, and iterate based on data and feedback
• Lead and coach product teams, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• Champion the customer experience, ensuring every product decision enhances the journey
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, keeping everyone aligned and inspired

Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS product management, ideally in energy, utilities, or B2B platforms
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration
• Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out and dive deep
• Excellent communication and influencing skills—bring people with you
• Experience with tools like Aha!, Jira, and a love for data‑informed decision‑making
• Familiarity with billing processes, energy market dynamics, or regulatory environments
