Maintenance Supervisor

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the maintenance operations of residential properties, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and buildings are well-maintained and in good working condition. Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, conducting regular inspections, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for handling resident service requests, overseeing vendor management and repairs, and maintaining an organized inventory of tools and supplies.

Requirements

• Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
• Knowledge of safety protocols, local building codes, and compliance requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus
• Experience in team leadership, supervision, and delegating maintenance tasks effectively
• Ability to work on-site and respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and tracking tools for scheduling and task organization
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, team members, and vendors
