The role advertised is Internal Communications Executive on a minimum six‑month fixed‑term contract. Its purpose is to inform, engage and inspire staff, strengthening culture and helping the business strategy across Grosvenor Property UK and the wider Group Team.
Responsibilities involve delivering internal communications for Grosvenor Property and the Group Team, creating simple and engaging content in written, visual, video and graphic formats, and managing the Hub and other digital channels while tracking their performance. The role also supports employer‑brand refresh, project‑specific campaigns, employee events, awards, and the creation of fresh graphics and video content.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with high energy, excellent writing skills and strong creative ability in graphics and video production. While internal‑communications experience is desirable, a proven track record of successful campaigns, relationship‑building at all levels, and strong organisational skills are essential. Proficiency with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook 365 and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with Canva, InDesign or Mailchimp is a plus.
Working at Grosvenor is purposeful—whether tackling the climate crisis or engaging with local communities—and combines commercial ambition with a sociable, supportive atmosphere. Employees enjoy a flexible work environment, a buzzing café, and a family‑business feel that is less corporate than typical large firms.
Key projects include employee events marking major development completions, a refresh of the employer brand with new film and assets, improvements to the intranet (the Hub), and support for Culture Network activities. The internal communications team, comprising the Head and Manager, is well‑respected and offers ample learning opportunities.
Grosvenor offers a hybrid working model, is a Disability Confident employer and provides reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process. Applicants are invited to apply via the online portal, having read the Recruitment Privacy Notice that outlines data use and protection.
