  • Support waste management clients with landfill master plans, airspace reporting, and disaster management.
  • Drive professional development within the team.
  • Provide senior-level review of engineering design (landfills, compost facilities, truck scale and scalehouse designs, leachate ponds).
  • Support team leads to collaborate with contractors and clients to resolve field issues and ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead proposal development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Engage with clients to cultivate relationships and win new work.
  • Oversee projects with construction-phase services, including contract administration, site inspections, and change management.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and client communications.
  • Support waste management clients with permitting, regulatory compliance, and operational consulting.
  • Oversee the development of detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
  • Identify waste industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technical staff across multiple Western Canada offices.
  • Develop service strategies, capitalize on market developments, and guide technical direction.
  • Promote collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence across projects.
  • Lead full lifecycle project delivery—from feasibility and design through construction and commissioning.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
