Performing and overseeing detailed water/wastewater process engineering design on a variety of project types and geographies;
Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Reviewing and leading the preparation of technical documents, drawings, specifications, and proposals;
Strategic business planning to segment and target specific industrial, commercial and municipal clients for projects such as water supply, water treatment, and water re-use;
At times, the position may also include fieldwork including contractor oversight and process troubleshooting tasks.
Implementation of a personal business development plan to expand services and revenue with new and existing clients, in coordination with companywide business development plans;
Recruiting, managing, and mentoring junior staff and mid-career engineers and scientists;
Applying innovative treatment processes for mitigating polluting contaminants, including emerging contaminants;
Developing technical reports, including feasibility studies and treatment process evaluation;
Developing report plans for sampling, feasibility study, and design basis;
