  • Clean guest rooms and public areas when needed to support the team or meet service expectations.
  • Monitor supply inventory and request orders as needed.
  • Train, motivate, and coach staff to deliver consistent quality and excellent guest service.
  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff, assigning daily room assignments and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, timekeeping, and supply tracking.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and in excellent condition.
