Requirements

Our dedicated training program prepares you to oversee logistics operations such as customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch, documentation, and procedure control. You will gain hands‑on experience managing driver deliveries, cross‑docking, and ensuring operations align with company service and cost objectives. After graduation, you’ll be ready to lead a small group of hourly associates in a dedicated contract carriage operation.

• Hold an undergraduate degree.
• Demonstrated leadership in academic, community, or military settings.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No visa sponsorship available for this role.
• Able to commute daily to the assigned city; relocation possible after completion.
• Motivate, engage, train, and ensure associates understand customer business objectives.
