Description

The role centers on machine operation and order fulfillment, housekeeping, shift handoff, quality control, and equipment communication, with safety and efficiency as priorities. Employees are expected to follow detailed procedures for material preparation, machinery start‑up, batch monitoring, and maintaining a clean worksite.

• Machine operation and order fulfillment (≈65% of time): prepare materials, use RF gun, weigh and batch materials, start and monitor machinery.
• Housekeeping duties (≈15%): sweep, vacuum, remove debris, clean equipment.
• Staging and shift handoff (≈5%): prepare materials for the next shift to minimize downtime.
• Quality control (≈10%): verify raw material freshness, collect samples, adjust batches, ensure product meets specifications.
• Equipment and materials communication (≈5%): report shortages, failures, repairs, and forklift inspections to leadership.
• Read and interpret order directions.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to perform basic mathematical calculations, read and follow directions, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 lb, standing most of the shift, and occasional bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and crawling.

COVID‑19 precautions at all facilities include temperature checks, deep cleaning, testing, and work‑from‑home options where feasible. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
