Collaborate with site teams to support mobilisation, construction, and commissioning activities.
Champion operational requirements from concept design through to commissioning and handover.
Facilitate smooth project handovers, ensuring operational teams are fully prepared and confident.
Ensure safety-critical processes such as Safe Control of Operations (SCO) are planned and compliant.
Provide expert input during detailed design and commissioning phases.
Review and influence engineering designs to ensure they are operable, maintainable, and cost-effective.

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering. Or equivalent experience.
Strong technical understanding of wastewater treatment processes.
Must be able to hit the ground running, with a strategic mindset and a personable, adaptable approach.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A full UK driving license is essential, as regular travel to operational sites is required.
Chartered Engineer status or working towards accreditation (desirable).
Practical experience with commissioning and operational handover.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience in operational or project delivery roles within the water industry.
