Coordinate permits and conduct municipal outreach.
Prepare construction documents such as demolition, layout, erosion control, grading and drainage, utilities, site details, transportation improvements, and cost estimates/analysis.
Conduct due diligence and site analysis.
Perform engineering calculations and develop design solutions.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, possess 2‑4 years of project engineering experience on residential, commercial, multifamily or industrial projects, and be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication skills and knowledge of municipal, county and state land‑use regulations are required.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; EIT license preferred.
2–4 years of project engineering experience on residential, commercial, multifamily, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of local municipal, county, and state land use, planning, and zoning regulations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
